Michelle was raised in Prestonsburg, Kentucky and is a graduate of Prestonsburg High School. Michelle holds credentials as a Realtor and Respiratory Therapist. Michelle is the acting Treasurer for the Pike County Woman's Democratic Club. Michelle and her husband, James and their son, Daegan are members of FIRST Baptist Church in PIkeville and reside in the Coal Run Village area where their business is also located. James is self-employed owning Mobile Colors covering all of Eastern Ky, Va, Wva and TN. Michelle and James son, Daegan attends Wesley Christian School at Allen, KY.

Ken and Angie Carriere have been extremely active in the production, publishing and entertainment business in eastern Kentucky for over 12 years. Ken and Angie’s company, Goodtyme Productions, has been successful in promoting and producing over 70 events (musical, trade shows, special events etc) in the region. They have also published over 15 magazines for tourism and various chamber organizations.  They have also acted as media consultants for various business and non-profit organizations.
